Falls of Las Villas is a very clean and quiet property with awesome, friendly neighbors. The office management is always there to help, making the move-in process simple, fast, and stress-free. They are responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to fulfill needs. The maintenance team always does a good and spot-on job. Awesome new amenities have been added recently for the kids. Tenants report being very happy and would definitely recommend this place for its excellent service.
I had a tour today with Cristina the new leasing agent. Very nice young lady. She was very professional and explained the whole process to me in detail. Looking forward to seeing her again soon.

Great complex, good management, maintenance is timely, affordable & quiet .
There is no pool . Was told it was down for the summer , it does not exist . So if you want to come for THAT particular amenity , DONT .
