& I’m renewing again this summer. Maintenance is always quick with repairs, the leasing staff are helpful and Diana is really nice and welcoming. She helped me process my renewal, and made sure I was happy with where I live. Pools are always clean and they have events and food trucks a lot too so there’s always stuff to do.”
“I called a few days ago to ask some questions about the apartment complex. I spoke to Debbie and she was extremely nice and helpful. I really would love to live here . The apartment building looks so nice and clean although I didn’t look at apartment I’m only pass by. I looked online of course Debbie said the waiting list for me would be very long as my income is so low. “Family friendly especially if you have little kiddos. My kids are able to play with chalk, ride bikes, blow bubbles etc without them getting in trouble. Quiet and friendly neighbors.”
“Im currently living at the villas at shaver apartments, the manager is stellar! She is always quick to help me with any issues, and stays on top of the situation and communicates with me the whole way. i can always depend on the maintenance service it is excellent, and quick to assess any problems i have. My water heater went out and the maintenance immediately knew what the problem was, and it was solved right after.”
“I have been living here for about 6 months now. This is a place I can call home for me and my family. We live in a Two bedroom, one bath, and it is very spacious. The apartment complex themselves are maintained and very quiet. Before I even moved in, up till now I have nothing but positive to say about the apartments. Especially the Front office and Mr. Gerardo (The maintance man). I was originally suppose to stay in the original apartment complex before moving here, but some things happened and it put my in a slight panic due to me needing to keep a roof over my family's head. I called Palm Bluff at around 4:00PM on a Thursday. I was greeted by Mr. Benjamin. He stayed in communications with me for majority of the evening, assisting and offering reassurance on any questions/Concerns I had. At any point he could have told me to call back the next day because they close at 5 or whatever the case could have been, but he didn't. He made myself, and my family feel so welcomed to the property. The moving process was so quick and simple, again, thanks to him. They even helped with the notice process for the previous complex. At any point did I or my wife ever feel like a inconvenience to them. I recently went through some personal things, and it was communicated to them. Again, After 6 months of living here. He reassured us of any concerns we had. Staying here has been amazing.
Mr. Gerardo is always on his A game. If you see him walking the property he will greet you with a smile and wave. I haven't had major issues, but even with minor issues. He has shown up the day of and fix whatever the issue is. He's very quick, responsive and attentive to the property. We had a minor issue on a weekend, I messaged the apartment to just give them a heads up, but it was something that could have waited till Monday....but no, Gerardo was there on Saturday to fix it with no hesitation. I can't be more thankful for them all.”
“This is a senior citizens only apt. residence....minimum age is 62 unless u have a handicap and are on disability...very clean and well- maintained....great staff,friendly..It is subsidized housing thru HUD...there's a long waiting list for vacancies...laundry rooms and trash chutes on each floor...mailboxes are also inside so we don't have to fight the weather...regular pest control...we even have a library with computers that we can use...free WiFi...large community room for social events...and best of all we have a small "Country Store" on the first floor..walking distance to Walgreens and several other businesses...”

“I’ve living here since the beginning of the year. I really want the place because the location, and it always looks nice from the outside, but with apartments you never now. It has been by far the best apartment I’ve been living in. Very peaceful, only issue my neighbor smoking weed, and I hate that smell really bad, I was told to by management to call the cops but I’m not calling the cops on my neighbors for that ??♀️, I’ve always thought it would be nicer for them to call them, so I try to keep my place ventilated and got me an air filter, not the most efficient way but nothing is perfect.
Vehicles are always safe, I’ve not seen the first one being towed or broken into, like in a lot of apartments that have that internal business.
No bugs at all, a cockroach came flying through the balcony and almost gave a heart attack but it was inevitable, nothing to do with the apartment management lol… just watch out for it if you want your balcony door open at night ?
So, five stars, a great place to live. Oh and staff have always been nice, no complaints at all.”

“The office staff is very friendly, if you have an issue they get on it right away. Great place to live!!! You can walk around at night and not hear no loud music rarely see anyone out at night.”

We have been here approximately 6 months and are very happy indeed. Management during this time has transistion from perfectly acceptable to a new level of professionalism and responsiveness. The maintentence team headed by Miguel Garcia is what makes this an exceptionally pleasant place to live. They are highly skilled with a real dedication to their work.
