Some of the equipment is getting warn down and TV is out in the men's locker room. Locker rooms is getting a lot more litter, it's summer time. Door to spa entry needs to be fixed.

I canceled my membership today after being told I was not allowed to bring my 14 year old son in to exercise with me because he is under 18.The website clearly says it is allowed. you should probably update that if you are going to be like this. membership is now canceled.Also not happy that they do not open til 7am. Other gyms open earlier. I remember before covid that fitness connection would be open 24/7. I really liked that. But now hours are limited and the gym is normally pretty busy all the time because of the limited hours. I guess its better for business but I dont like to be in a crowded gym waiting to use something because several other people are using that or similar weights.Things were better before and they dont follow the age limit rules on their own website. Thanks anyways, and bye.

Wow, this gym is actually really good, I’m basing this off customer service and the quality of the atmosphere of the gym, locker rooms, and other features to the gym..First of all when I first applied guy super nice, yea he might be a sales guy but he kinda saw that I looked lose he showed kindness and helped me sign up, what a good sales person, then I ended up seeing him the next day when he was off and said if I needed help using any of the machines I’d just ask him, such a nice guy that’s give a clap to him anyways.This place also has an indoor basketball court for those who want a basketball in there gym, haven’t used in yet cause most of the time in the gym im sore from the chest and arms and it’s hard to shoot a ball but it’s clean and it’s nice.People trying to lose weight, this gym is also helpful for you guys too.. there’s even a theatre gym, it’s the best and I go there whenever people that school that don’t really like me that much, there’s always like 3 or 1 person there on the treadmills there.Also the locker rooms are clean and surprisingly the equipment/machines are in really good condition.I would recommend going to this gym if you’re a teenager looking to get in shape, that’s why I’m here, not to mess around or play basketball, just gain muscle and yea thank you fitness connection

I went to his location last month due to a business trip I had in Houston, Texas. I was able to obtain a 5-day free pass online that I was excited to use since it was close to the hotel I was staying at. When I went and showed my pass, the lady in the front desk told me it was invalid because I had to show a Texas ID to use it, which of course I didn’t have (I reside in GA and there are Fitness Connection gyms here as well!). I reviewed the pass once again and corroborated that nowhere in the 5-day pass that I collected online has this requirement noted. This makes the whole “deal” a false advertisement. Since I was already there and due to that I had used a ride share service, I decided I would just work out. The lady told me I could use the gym for the week if I paid $50 dlls which I thought that it was an excessive amount since the most basic monthly fee doesn’t even surpass the $10 (it’s noted right in the entrance of the gym and also online). I paid the $50 because I didn’t have any other choice due to all the efforts I had already made. I ended up going only two days since I wasn’t pleased with the treatment I received, and I just didn’t feel the whole transaction/communication was right.I’m very dissatisfied and I feel this lady took advantage of me. I am requesting a full refund.

It's usually pretty packed. Not easy to find a space to park. Other than that it's a hood place to work out.
