About IDC
IDC is a business that offers quick and efficient loading for truckers. The staff, including the office personnel and dock workers, are friendly, professional, and fast. The check-in process is simple and straightforward, often taking less than two hours, with some reviews mentioning being loaded in under an hour. There is plenty of room to maneuver in the parking lot, making it easy to back into docks, even for novice drivers. However, the location does not offer overnight parking, and truckers sometimes face delays due to trucks blocking dock access. Overall, IDC provides a decent experience with fast service and helpful staff, though some mention waiting times and limited parking options.

“Loaded in about 25 minutes, but it took 2.5 hours overall due to waiting nearly 2 hours for a dock. The place wasn’t very busy, so the wait was a bit surprising. Overall, it was an okay experience. The shipping lady was friendly and helpful.”
