Most of the CSRs are friendly enough, knowledgable enough, and helpful enough...the ones that aren't usually don't bother interacting with customers.
One notice I would give to the store's management: It can be a little off-putting to have your cashier playing with a butterfly knife and complaining that store policy prevents employees from carrying a firearm while on duty...all while checking out customer purchases.

Long story short we ended up having to put our sweet boy down. The entire staff was so very kind including Dr. Penn. I will forever be grateful to them for being so patient with me as I was understandably distraught. His passing was very peaceful. I highly recommend!!

Banfield Pet Hospital
5722 Fairmont Pkwy, PasadenaDr. Penner is the third vet we have seen for our dog’s man parts. As his fur parents we knew there was a problem but had previously been told there was not an issue by two other Banfield locations. I’m glad that we persistently asked each vet because he did have an infection in the end. Instead of pushing off my concerns, as previous vets had done, Dr. Penner asked more in-depth questions and recommended tests that the other vets didn’t even give us the option to run. After a few days on antibiotics we can already see a massive difference in our boy. We didn’t even realize how lethargic he had gotten compared to where he normally was. We still have meds to finish and to go back to make sure the infection is gone but his road to recovery is looking great.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for a couple years. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and always good service. But today, I had the privilege to met Maddie. She is incredible! Definitely by far my favorite tech that I’ve met here. She’s so sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and communicative. She kept me updated while I waited. And explained the medicine without feeling like she’s rushing or just brushing me off - even though they were hella busy today. Thank you so much Maddie! ♥️ ♥️

It had great flavor without being overly salty, and the tortilla strips stayed crisp instead of becoming soggy. The beef was tender and flavorful, although it was slightly salty. Unfortunately, it wasn't cooked to the doneness I requested and was undercooked. The sweet potato was the highlight of the meal. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The restaurant itself feels dated and is too dimly lit for my taste. Its décor has a Disney-inspired theme, which gives it a unique but somewhat artificial atmosphere.

3427 Spencer Hwy, PasadenaThis place is awsome I've gone in to eat and get a drink both experiences were wonderful. It took only 1- 3 minutes for them to make drinks for 3 people. Picky eater friendly for people who don't like boba or milktea they have many different smoothies and lemonades. (My picky eater friend has become addicted to the lemonade) With a large array of toppings this is one of the best places to come to. The staff is so so nice and understanding they've never been rude to us recommend it for people who want a refreshing drink or a good dinning experience 10/10
