About The Palms Apartments
The Palms Apartments are clean and well-maintained, with trash picked up and no insect issues. The complex is clean and safe, with good neighbors. Maintenance fixes everything quickly. Management is amazing and goes above and beyond, working to resolve issues promptly even after hours. The moving-in experience was smooth and transactions are quick. Parking is safe, though it costs extra. It is considered one of the best places to live, highly recommended for renting.

All though the parking is $35 for one spot each, so in total we do pay almost $70 in parking space. We can say that, the apartments are more clean, we no longer deal with insects, trash is picked up, the complex is clean, and maintenance comes and fixes everything ASAP.

Been living here for a couple of months now and Have had no problems so far, the moving in experience was amazing. Will most likely spend another year here 🫶🏼
