Horrible customer service. I’ve been to this location several times & never had an issue. The guy in the front made me buy a whole packaging for an item that was already in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING & claimed that he wasn’t able to ship my item out unless I bought a packaging bag from the store. Ridiculous.

I’ve only been to this ups store twice and both times was helped by the same guy, Fabian. Both times he was occupied by his phone and helped me only after he was done and then even while helping me still playing on his phone. Has no customer service whatsoever. It felt like a bother being there.

I guess they open when they feel like it. Half a dozen people waiting outside past opening time and still no sign of opening.

I never had an issue with this store besides there being a long line but it’s usually a couple minutes wait. The guy with the mustache was rude he was not in a mood or guess he was in a hurry to go next door to Starbucks or something sorry to have bother you I guess
