I really wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is the second time Fabian has helped me with packing a shipping irreplaceable sentimental items. Every single item arrived in perfect condition (items were all different sizes from antique mirrors that had to have customs shaped boxes to canvas paintings that needed to be packaged to preserve the paint and the canvases themselves.) Top notch service and he does everything to keep the cost as low as possible. If you need to ship anything, Fabian at the Fairmont location in Pasadena, TX is your guy!

Very Rude and disrespectful place, I will drive by real fast and go down to another store from now on! Mateo Gutierrez and his employee! I drop on the wrong package and came back to fix it and was told that it was gone and ups man was still there Mateo Gutierrez was rude and didn't know how or did not want to help me solve the problem. He seemed like he did not want to help at all.

How do you justify charging $2.50 to print out a barcode? You’re already being paid for the services. Just another reason why humanity will fall. Trying to squeeze every little cent from people, like some greedy goblin.

Convenient, fast service. In addition, has mailbox services and printing services available. Open all 7 days of the week. Hours vary.

I don't know what happen now but everytime I return something to amazon I would return, and get it scan and be on my way. Now when I went there, they charged me because they said they need the printed paper print. While they never done it before and even on Amazon returns it shows than ups won't charge any money to return.

I was helped a couple of times by a young hispanic male with somewhat a beard (awesome service!!!), red headed young man, green eyed hispanic and a tall white girl. Everyone is great but I do have to say, the first description -I forgot his name- he always asks me what I need and already offers as soon as I walk in. This whole store has great employees. <3 Will upload pics today of your wonderfully fantastic team <3

Like others, I do not like bad reviews, but sometimes, it is the only way to get attention to a problem. I always felt good going in there, until they hired new guys, who seem, not friendly at all, I like who own the store and the employees, they used to have, but this new lot of guys, seems rude and unwelcoming. I am not going to sugar coat a bad experience, which you should not have. Especially in the name of things, you have to do in life. I dropped off a package sept 2nd to return Amazon, when I gave it to the guy, he was not friendly and I was, he seemed fixated on the item, I was dropping off and not helping me. I tracked it when I got home, all it said label created, I tracked it on the 5th, all it says is label created. I will let your own mind wonder as I do, what is going on with my return. If this is the experience you want, then go there, I do not like the feeling of no peace of mind on a return. Where is the package, 1ZR9Y3179064022552 I ask the owner in this review to find out, so I can feel, that all is run above board and honest. I will update my review to more positive, if I see it moving within the system, if not, I will lower it to 1 star and after that, you have to wonder what happened. I called UPS no help the store never replied to review. I will never use UPS again. I am with the non-believers on this review page.

I honestly don't know why this place doesn't have 5 stars. I have been here twice and both times I was in and out in less than 1 minute. I've also seen other customers walk in and out quickly. Both times I was returning something, once to the phone company, once to Amazon. Both times I had the return information already ready before going in. Which I highly recommend doing. Both times I was greeted immediately with a smile and at the end the associate asked me if they could help me with anything else. I usually dread last minute, unexpected errands, but this is one that I don't mind. I think that people have ONE unpleasant experience and feel the need to leave 1 star, but that is completely unnecessary. This UPS store, has been wonderful, and I appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
