It was ok, No one greeted me when I walked but the couple that came in a few minutes later behind me was greeted and was helped right away. I walked over to the Representative and politely informed him that I had come in before them and I was there only for pick-up. Another Rep came over right away to help.

Tried to get my phone connected having issues with my iPhone They sent threw the mail but I say they gave me a great deal but excellent customer service issues with company I switched with boost mobile didn't want to let me go so I don't really blame Xfinity they tried there best

The people at this store are all dumb and put out service at the wrong house, after finally getting that fixed we get about 10% of the wifi speed we are supposed to and still cant change anything on our account without going to the store because the address is screwed up. Xfinity is the worst internet provider i have ever had.

One sales person told me bad information. I made changes with my other cell phone company to cancel and paid $300 thinking I will save money in the long run. Come to find out, the original price they told me was not true. Now I am out $300, and they don't care to make it right.Not the first time I had issues with xfinity.

The assistant (Michelle I think) did a really good job for us - equipment replacement was needed and she answered all of my questions & recommended ideas for the service that we wanted without breaking the bank.

STILL NO INTERNET AND 8+ hours on hold! WE FOUND OUT WHAT HAPPENED! They are saying that the people who OWNED THE HOUSE BEFORE US owe Xfinity and so they disconnected the ability to have service and have repeatedly cancelled our appointments and left us without internet and I WORK FROM HOME! The house was SOLD to my landlord and he nor I are the people who owe Xfinity yet WE ARE SUFFERING!!!!! Lawyer???? You think it’s acceptable to leave us without internet for two weeks now and then “reschedule” on us less than an hour before our appointment time without notice? We took off work for this and are unable to live a normal life in 2023 without internet in our home. We waited on the phone for over 45 minutes for you to disconnect on us???? And then after (now) 4+ hours on the phone you LIED and said someone would be here again AND NOBODY CAME AND NOBODY IS COMING ALL WEEKEND OR MONDAY…. We’re screwed and wasted the whole day and are extremely frustrated. Wow! Horrible, horrible company. We can’t be the only people who sat at their home without internet to be left standing there and nobody showing up. There’s likely a class action lawsuit underway and I’ll gladly join.
