I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Xfinity and, specifically, Tim Mayorga, truly deserves recognition. It’s not often anymore that you come across someone who goes out of their way to make sure you receive 100% customer satisfaction, but Tim did exactly that.

Tim is amazing! Any time I’ve had issues with Xfinity doing a random up charge. Tim goes above and beyond to help deliver an explanation and a better price. I would give him 6 stars if I could!
