How about before you call me on a recorded line, like ok, let's not try and be funny when I do not say the correct response due or paid because the whole time my washer was not working, I still paid and had to go wash somewhere else, keep the sarcasm tactics to yourself, Mr and you know who you are, since the call was recorded
