No wonder they have a low rating these people always rude you ask a question you trying to figure something out to talk to you as if you owe them something I have not gone there once and have a nice person service me, I agree with the low rating in the bad reviews

I have been a customer at Amegy for 7 years. I came in to do a deposit, one lady was at the counter working and couldn’t help me. There are 5 other people sitting in their little office being useless, waited and waited and finally decided to just leave, worse customer experience ever.
