With the banker Rebecca - she managed to accommodate us and we were able to accomplish our business and she is very thorough, very pleasant, professional, and clear with all the information required. My appointment was scheduled for July 17th at 12:30 PM, but because I arrived 15 minutes late, the banker I had originally booked was no longer available. Allan was incredibly patient and kind—he proactively offered to assist and took over my appointment.

“I was with Heritage bank now it’s Thirdcoast. I haven’t had any issues. I don’t use their service frequently but I have access to online banking, when I want personal cheques I go to the branch and request a few. The tellers have been polite/professional. 4 stars because I have to drive 25mins on a good day. So prehaps they can look into more locations.”
