Is it after hours, the weekend, or are you just in a hurry and need to use the ATM? TOO BAD! The ATM at this location is always “out of service” I’ve been twice this week and neither time was it working. Is there another Amegy near by? HELL NO.
Here I am in the parking lot on the following Sunday, ATM is out of service

I have been a customer at Amegy for 7 years. I came in to do a deposit, one lady was at the counter working and couldn’t help me. There are 5 other people sitting in their little office being useless, waited and waited and finally decided to just leave, worse customer experience ever.

Strange bank to me . Never been to a bank that when it opens it’s not ready to go. They open at 9 am but then I’m waiting inside for 15 minutes for them to count up the money I assume for the drawers today. That should have been done before you open or are the people late? The guy running drive through was ready though but no one else was. Never saw a bank count their money while you wait.

Was there to do a simple process of adding someone to my account, went during my lunch break since the branch near my house was closed since they are upgrading it, I went up to the counter and the person at the counter said they could help, went to their office. It took them 40min to finally call the help like because they could not figure out the new system, I basically wasted my whole lunch break there only to be told that it would be a longer wait from to get someone added to my account. It’s so disappointing that I now have to go back to work without having ate lunch because this person did not think to call the help line once she saw she could not figure out the process. I am very disappointed with the service I received today.

I had a great experience visiting Amegy Bank's small Pasadena branch location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. The facility was clean and organized, and it was easy to find what I was looking for. I felt safe and secure entering the building. Banking with Amegy Bank was a great experience, and I would highly recommend their small branch location to anyone!

I wish I could have selected no stars! This is going to be a long review and I hope it makes other customers check their envelopes before driving away from the window. I have been a customer for many years and I have been going to this branch since they opened, but lately they have become horrible in their customer service department. I went in today to make cash a check, make a deposit, and get some cash back. First of all, I was behind two cars for over 20 minutes and when I got to the window there was no one there and for more than 4-5 minutes no one acknowledged me. I get it your busy, maybe shorthanded, but acknowledge your customers. I finally called on the phone and told them I was at the window. Second, the gentleman that took my transaction passed it on to a young lady who clearly did not read my deposit slip. She hands me back my receipt but fails to put my cash in the envelope. She put in the coins but not the dollar bills. Had I not noticed she did that and drove off then I would have had to go back and try to prove I did not get the money I was supposed to get back. Making that kind of mistake is just ridiculous, especially when she put the change in but left the paper money laying in front of her. The whole thing looked very sketchy. I informed her the transaction was wrong and she just looked at me like I was the one that had done something wrong. For quite a few months now every time I go in there all the faces have changed. Monique used to be in the window and she was always courteous and efficient. Lately it feels like they are all in training and no one is fully trained.

I’ve been with Amegy Bk for over 25 years. I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. Employees are very polite & helpful. I’ve deposited a large check & hold was placed on check. I have no problem with that, with all fraud going on in banking industries. Staff keep your professionalism. Thanks to you all, a scammer was not able to withdraw my money. Kudos to Staff

Amegy Bank in Pearland TX got one star, because there is no option for no star. They put a freeze on my bank account, because I deposited a check in the account, and they froze the account until they collected the funds. The check cleared the bank of the writer of the check on Tuesday, today is Friday, the account is still frozen. My payroll was deposited, they froze those funds also. I asked, when will the account be released, I was told maybe tomorrow, maybe Monday or maybe next week. I said fine, I'm going to close my account and the kid told me, "Not until we release your account, your not." Wow.
