Just switched to BOA. My 5 stars are strictly for Rajwant Kaur & welcoming staff in lobby today taking care of business. I was not impressed to see one long line for the teller station. Luckily I had an appointment. Mrs. Kaur was sweet professional & patient with me. She is the reason I will continue to bank with BOA.

One teller. 8 people in line. 20 minute wait. Unacceptable. BUT...Mr. Vargas is awesome.
