Excelente customer service!!!! I went to this branch for the first time today it felt like home. Jesse went beyond expectations. When I walked in Jesse asked how he can help me, but I didn’t have my card on. Since I was using crutches he went grab a chair for me to seat , and placed the chair near the counter so the teller can assist me when my turn comes. In top of that Jesse informed the customers i line, and coworker about the situation. The teller also provided excellent customer service (thank you so much) she asked me multiple times if I need anything else, but I forgot her name. Thanks Jesse I was holding my tears, your actions were very quickly. You’re very compassionate person I hope BOA value your work and passion of helping others. I do appreciate you. Blessings.

Wouldn’t recommend using this bank at all! I deposited a couple hundred dollars in one of the ATMS on (2/8/24) at 8:18 pm and the ATM (ITXN1809) malfunctioned on me! I sat around waiting until about 8:30pm for the ATM to restart and once it did my money hadn’t deposited into my bank account! I’ve had three different customer service representatives all give me the run around with no real answer to how I could receiving my funds! Has anyone else had this problem before?

I went to open an account and they said I would get the card in 3 or 5 days, so far I haven't found it

Line is always long every time I'm here. Today, no teller service at all!! After all the years, seriously considering changing to another banking institution.

Great customer service. I had an appointment but I got their early and they took me 1/2 hour early! Answered all my questions and took care of my needs very quickly and efficiently too!!

I recently visited Bank of America at this location, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The management and customer service were both poor. The staff seemed disorganized and unhelpful, and I had to wait a long time to get assistance. Additionally, my concerns were not addressed in a satisfactory manner, and I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope that the bank can work on improving its management and customer service to provide a better experience for its customers

Drive-thru is for ATM only. All other activities must be conducted out of your car at ATM by entrance or in lobby with teller. Lines may look long but the tellers are always quick. Best times to go for shortest wait 9am and 1-130pm

Poor customer service. Very slow and unapologetic for long wait times. Frequent technical problems. I’ve been several times and each time something is wrong. Today, they only had 1 teller with 10 people in line at 3pm which is considered a busy time per google live.

I hate when I have to come to this bank. This experience is just like visiting the dmv. Super slow and they always have like one person working the window. But they have long lines and i guess their management standing around greeting people ?. I do not bank here for the record. My job does and i hate it when i have to come. Same experience every time

Very poor services by staffs ..They messes the reputation of BOA .Easily delegates their task to others and never takes responsibility to help. They make you walk around 100 times even to fix a dispute. Never open accounts in BOA.

Bank of American is just as I always stated, poor banking and bad customer service. My husband has an account with this bank. Yesterday day we visit this location and waited 12 minutes to see Jose.,We was unable to continue our business, so we were given an 1:00 pm appointment for today. When we arrived no appointment was set by Jose. We left I will never have anything to do with this lousy bank ☹️☹️☹️

They don't answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.Edit/replyNo, this is an excuse. There are numerous complaints about this location not answering the phone. Stop putting the blame on customers and address the issue with the staff.

It's insane that customers have to up to 40 minutes in line to get help. They really need to have a better service with tellers.
