They didn’t send the forms so I could do my income tax. I went to the bank and asked for them. Then they told me I would have to come back in two hours and talk to a specialist. Then she couldn’t help me either! Now what am I supposed to do?

Really slow tellers, and when depositing money orders .. there's is always a problem that the teller is very unprofessional.
