“I can’t say enough about the tremendous service I received from Pearland Bicycles (PB). My experience with them was top notch. The staff I spoke with was friendly & helpful, and I really appreciated the frequent text msg updates regarding the status of the repair — thanks a lot Spencer! More importantly, I was blown away by the promptness of the service.
I took my Cervelo e-bike to (PB) after it had been in another repair shop for 1 & 1/2 months to diagnose & stop a clicking sound that was coming from the motor. This shop wasn’t able to localize the cause of the sound & therefore wasn’t able to fix the bike. They kept me in the dark the whole time about the status of the repair & I became tired of waiting. I called the store in California where the bike was purchased to get suggestions on what to do and I was given the name of Cervelo certified stores in the Houston area ( I live off the Katy Freeway in west Houston). PB was mentioned as one of those stores. I visited PB and they agreed to take a look at the bike. Within a couple of days of them receiving the bike, the store sent me a text message stating the clicking sound was coming from the motor and the motor manufacturer had agreed to send them a new motor (I’ve had the bike for 10 mos & it’s still under warranty). Since the manufacturer is located abroad, I was told it could take two or three weeks before the motor arrived. A week later, I was thrilled to receive the text that the bike was ready for pickup. What an awesome experience.”
