“Great customer service! I use the monthly membership car wash service and I wash my car there 3xs a week. I notice a scratch on my car I believed to be from the carvwash. I brought it to Jacob the managers attention. Not only did they show me that it was not due to their machinery, ( they use cameras an f videos to record your car from all angles before and after the wash) but they hooked me up with a free detail from one of their expert detailer Raul free of charge. I can tell these guys are genuinely good folks and know the carwash/detailing business. Happy customers equal business longevity! A+ customer service”

“Unfortunately the brushless bay that I paid at had some debris lodged in it preventing me from using it. That being said this was resolved quickly by the owner and was refunded my original car wash.Prior to this event I’ve not had any issues in the years coming here.”

They let me know when they would be arriving and were great about confirming and reminding me of my appointment. I will be having them out on a regular basis to keep my vehicles in great shape. “It's a decent coin-op, self-spray car wash, which also features a drive through wash and vacuum stations. It is maintained enough and gets the job done. My only real critique is lighting needs to be upgraded...fully half of the lights were out when I was there at night.”

“First time using self service. High pressure water is awesome! Vacuum machines are very strong. Stall I had did have a new scrubbing brush. I recommend bringing a small scrub for hard to reach spots and your own drying towels. I will be returning soon!”

“Normally I wouldn't stop to write a review about a convenience store/gas station... but the two people behind the counter was so helpful greeting people with a smile and absolutely upbeat that it deserves positive recognition. The convenient store is super well stocked with lots of fun stuff snacks drinks and fairly good selection of grill/heat lamp items. The gas prices are fair for the area. The main point is really the service from behind the counter, as it was clear that they actually enjoyed what they were doing and we're trying to make peoples day, a little bit brighter.”

“The pre brushing the guys do here are the best. My car always comes out perfect when I go here. I have a dark color car, so leftover dirt will show up. Also, I have had a few experiences at other places where my license plate is almost ripped off, and one time, the machine loosens the right side of my front bumper. I have a 2022 vehicle that is known to be well built, so this should not have happened. This has never happened to me at iShine. This is the only one I go to now. I do, however, bring my own tire shine because theirs seems to come off very easy.”

“Just a quick rinse that resulted in outstanding customer service. It was new location to me as I turned in, I was greeted and politely pointed in the right direction. I continued to the pay kiosk payed and then to the drive through entry. There were 2 gents that brushed the car of excess debris, then as it began to be pulled forward on the belt one of them yells have a nice day. However the other guy clearly sprayed or brushed my vehicle, until he couldn't go anything further. I thought he was coming through with me. I loved the dedication to get the job done. I just want to say thank you, especially as a first time guest and I definitely felt appreciated. Until the next time, Bye- Bye!”
