Samson the phone tech helped, repair the Samsung S20 I assumed the charging port went bad, or possibly the battery was bad. Rather he offered to diagnose both, saving time and money and fixing multiple phones on the same time prices are fair and depending on the phone the turn around time is worth the trip.
