Don’t waste your time and money. Waiting for 30 minutes to ship a small box. They have one working LABEL MAKER! And 3 employees for 2 customers. So INSANE. Tried to charge me for the box and DONT ASK TO USE THEIR TAPE ITS NOT FREE. I won’t be back

They only accept drop offs, not even any FedEx envelopes to use.

They make you pay for printing the label even though the company you are returning the items to already paid for the label. All other fedex offices i been to have never done such thing.
