“I LOVE this place! I’ve been getting my mail, and packages here for almost 15 years. Beau is now running things and he’s Norman’s son. Norman is the original O.G. And Nathan has been working there just as long. Nathan is the one who did my original application. I cannot imagine anyone posting a negative review about being mistreated or being rude to. These gentlemen (I think there is also a female employee) are the definition of Professional, Compassionate, Caring and Kind. Whenever I get a package too big for my mailbox I get an email letting me know. Like today. I’m on my way to pick it up! Thanks to Norman for raising a fine son and fine businessman. “I had 3 different tasks to take care of... scanning a bunch of docs to pdf, mailing a package and printing a sheet and getting it mailed. Janelle walked me through the entire thing and helped me get in and out! And the entire time she was an absolute pleasure to be around! So funny and entertaining through the whole process! “In and out in no time at all. I came in on a Tuesday around 530/6 ish. Located inside the Walmart, it took me a moment to figure that out via Google. The guy at the desk was super friendly and quite fond of star wars. Luckily, I happened to be wearing my Chewbacca party animal shirt. We agree, the last three movies were less than thrilling, and lacking more appropriate story lines to the characters. Luke would never have tried to off his nephew. He wouldn't even kill his absent mass murdering father. They did that up all wrong. I thought the worst was behind us with Hayden Christensen and Jar Jar. To each their own as to which movies are the worst, but I digress... I went in to return some ATT equipment (because ATT sucks), and the process was simple and easy. Less than 5 minutes and out the door. Fast service, and good customer interaction. Win win.”

“First and foremost, I have always used a drop off mailbox to send off mail. A quick drop and leave. But after being exposed to a walk-in postal center, I don’t believe that will be my same remedy from today moving forward. I surprisingly have never considered that customer service would be a beautiful addition to dropping off mail. When I first walked in to the store, I was quickly greeted with a hello and a smile and I was provided the stamps that I exactly needed at a great price. I was able to drop off my mail with security and confidence. I also had additional questions regarding the mail timeline, and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely respectful and provided me insights.
All in all, I now have a post center I can count on. Thank y’all!”
