The attention to detail of custom requests when needed is reciprocated with top notch quality. I take great care of my wardrobe and Tide Cleaners does exactly that. How many Cleaners actually capture and document high-end fashion designers on ticket to ensure great care for type of garments? NONE! To be fare some describe Tide Cleaners' as expensive. Great discounts are available and offer weekly, take advantage of those. I frankly don't trust any other Cleaners especially when spent hard earned income on clothes that I valued. Tide Cleaners and stand this and does the same which in my opinion set the far above others. Their best practices with garment care is universal regardless of which location you go to. I have used multiple locations throughout Houston.”

In addition, there has never been any damage to my clothes. Customer Service is always great. They offer "Drive Thru" Service. You are greeted with a smile always. Discount Coupons are honored.”

“I don’t understand why the reviews are so negative. I had a very positive experience. So there is an alteration place next door to Jill’s. After getting my suit altered for my brother in laws wedding they delivered it to Jill’s at 12am (midnight) and the next day by 10:30am it was cleaned to perfection. All the employees were nice and pleasant. No attitude or weirdo vibes it was all great service. Had I listened to reviews I would’ve never known. I’ll definitely be coming back. I say try them out and get a feel for them on your own. Oh, and they are affordable my 3 piece suit was only $12 ?. Thank you Jill’s I appreciate everything. And I hope my experience helps someone else find you guys!”
