“Artemis is so helpful and patient with everyone, great customer service! He keeps the place clean, he helps people out no matter how ridiculous the question. Plus the machines are easy to use and so clean on the inside. Most of the laundry places in the area are so horrible that their machines make your clean laundry smell like mildew after a wash, so I love this spot! Also the dryers work amazingly.”

The attention to detail of custom requests when needed is reciprocated with top notch quality. I take great care of my wardrobe and Tide Cleaners does exactly that. How many Cleaners actually capture and document high-end fashion designers on ticket to ensure great care for type of garments? NONE! To be fare some describe Tide Cleaners' as expensive. Great discounts are available and offer weekly, take advantage of those. I frankly don't trust any other Cleaners especially when spent hard earned income on clothes that I valued. Tide Cleaners and stand this and does the same which in my opinion set the far above others. Their best practices with garment care is universal regardless of which location you go to. I have used multiple locations throughout Houston.”

“the lady working on weekends is so rude, i understand i'm not allowed in after 9 and that’s fine but in this case, the worker wouldn’t let me in even when it was 8:30 And Was yelling at me and aggressively pointing at a piece of paper that I wasn’t allowed in. I’ve heard this complaint From others as well. Please hire the right staff”
“This was my first time back since COVID hit. They did a whole revamp of the place and it's awesome ?? Sliding doors, new floors, new vending machine and more!! I'm always there soon as they open 7:00 am so I can beat the crowd. Very clean inside, a lot of seating and music playing.I recently started back having to go to the washateria and this the only one I will be at. Clean, spacious and a lot of wash machines and dryers. Loading funds onto the wash card is easy. I ? this little spot!!”
“Never had an issue and im here once a week for the last 9-10 months. Yeah channels and music are in spanish but pasadena is 70 percent spanish speaking so what do you expect? lol. The people at the times I come here all seem like good family oriented people, I doubt your laundry will be messed with. In-between 4 and 5 dollars to wash and dry a large load.”
“My water heater at home blew so had to turn my water off for 2 days waiting on repair. Came here to wash 1 load. Haven't been to a laundromat in about 20 years. In and out in 40 minutes. Card cost $1, $5.50 for a heavy wash (25 minutes) $1 to dry for 16 minutes. Chill.”

“Decently clean facility. Cameras on every wall and a screen to watch each camera view in the back. There is a drink and food vending machine as well. Normal load wash will cost about $2.50. They have clothes carts to transfer laundry and plenty of chairs spread around the facility. They als have a couple of tvs to keep you entertained. Overall pretty great!”

“This location is very well taken care of. Clean & cool temperature during a hot summer day. The prices seem fair. They do offer promotions at times, Penny Dry, which is always nice. Staff is friendly. I've never had any complaints since doing my laundry here for over a year now. I would definitely recommend this business for your laundry needs.
