Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Pearland, TX Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. This location has a great selection. Many employees are pleasant, friendly, helpful, and provide excellent, cordial, and fantastic customer service. Specific assistance in the windows department and with plants received notable praise. The curbside service can be quick, with orders brought out fairly fast and with easy-to-follow instructions. However, the curbside service and customer service need some work. One experience was not efficient, requiring a customer to drive to multiple areas and wait a long time. An incorrect item in an order led to a frustrating customer service issue, where a refund or correction was denied without an in-person return, resulting in a sense of lost time and money. Despite this, interactions with individual employees remained pleasant.

Great customer service. Home depot ran out of tarps and piping covers due to the bad storms. Lowe's came through and had more than enough supplies to accommodate the customers! GO Lowe's! Awesome!!

Large Lowe's, bigger than Meyerland I think. Very clean and well stocked. Self-service person very helpful.
