However, the curbside service and customer service need some work. One experience was not efficient, requiring a customer to drive to multiple areas and wait a long time. An incorrect item in an order led to a frustrating customer service issue, where a refund or correction was denied without an in-person return, resulting in a sense of lost time and money. Despite this, interactions with individual employees remained pleasant.
