This is the ABSOLUTELY WORST LOWES IN THE STATE OF TEXAS…. Good luck getting ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I purchased a zliner range and and stackable full size all in one washer and dryer and the vent hood to go with.. these are high end items I bought them from Karen in appliances and literally had been working on a cabinet purchase where AFTER TWO WEEKS SHE CONTINUED TO SEND ME HOME FOR MORE PICS, MEASUREMENTS ETC. FINALLY I WENT TO CABINETS TO GO AND HAD CABINETS INSTALLED IN 2 WEEKS!!!! So I thought as a jester I will buy my appliances from KAREN… I LITERALLY BROUGHT HER ITEM NUMBERS …. well the washer/dryer was delivered and THE DELIVERY PEOPLE FORGOT TO TAKE PACKING NUTS OFF AND RUINED THE UNIT… they picked those up…. And remember a plumber has to be paid for to disconnect and reconnect!!! They brought another Set out 2 weeks later… BUT THE WORST WAS MY EXPENSIVE STOVE… When I made a call to try to resolve that issue, Karen told me to call the manufacturer. I actually did this because I was so desperate to get a stove and then they started asking questions that I didn’t have or no so I tried calling Lowe’s. I’m approximately seven or 8 miles from there location in Pearland.EVERYTIME I CALLED LOWES THEY DO NOT ANSWER So I have had to go to the store each time to get any kind of resolution because the people in the front after the recording goes off they’ll send you somewhere. No one will answer and it all starts over.> unfortunately, you can never talk to a manager and if you do, they never call you back like Brad, who walked in after he said if you have any issues, let me know and then he wouldn’t even look my way when he came in with his lunch in his hand and told the people there that he was at lunch for the whole 45 minutes I was there trying to resolve my issue… The store manager here is untouchable. I have never seen her there nor have I ever had the opportunity to speak with her.. So update is nothing has happened. I’ve tried desperately to reach someone this morning. Spent 27 minutes on hold was told someone would get back with me Brad, the manager at the time and still to date. I don’t have a stove. I’ve been charged two Dryer which hasn’t been resolved yet and I’m not sure that I’ve been charged twice for my stove. I’ll have to figure that out once I get it if I get it.!!!!!!!!!!!! The one and only person that has been of any help whatsoever is Jess in appliances, but if Talk to her they will never put you in touch with her because the three girls at the front area. Don’t do anything except people watch and wait for someone to come through.! This is the most unprofessional store I have ever been to in my life and I’m 65 years old and have lived all over the world!!! I’m currently in Canada or I would be there at their door trying to get this resolved Trust me, I will update you, but this has been a huge joke and whoever the store manager is needs to get In shape because this is the worst Lowe’s in the world!!!!!!!!!TRUST ME…

My experience was positive until the artificial grass order pickup. The order's requirement for forklift handling rendered customer pickup impossible, mandating delivery. Upon arrival, the order was unprepared despite prior app and email confirmations; this discrepancy was confirmed by associate Alex, who attributed it to a processing error by Brittany in curbside processing. Managerial intervention by Adam was necessary; however, his proposed resolution—providing three surplus rolls—was unacceptable. My request for a 35-40% discount to compensate for the delay and inconvenience was denied by Adam, citing company policy, and he declined escalation to upper management. Given the significant delay (8:45 AM to 10:30 AM) and my substantial prior purchases ($15,000+), a more appropriate resolution is required. Alternative vendors were available.
Who do I need to reach out to regarding this matter? Beside calling the toll free number

THE WORST LOWES I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! This is specifically for the pick up side as I paid for a generator that they did not want to release to me because I have a car. Their inside store associates said that they could load it into my car as I explained I have a sedan. All of the loaders outside (men & women) all had their hands on their waist doing nothing but standing there. When I approached them I asked them to load the generator in my car and one male associate explained to me that he will not load it in my car that I had to bring a truck. I looked over and saw that they had a lift gate they were using to load the generator and I asked him if I could have it released to me and I can load it in my own car but he still said no and did not want to give me merchandise that I PAID FOR! This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever had to deal with and as a loyal customer that I was I will no longer be providing them any of my business as I will be taking my business to HOME DEPOT!

Worst service if you are trying to buy a grill! I got to the store a little before 9:30pm I asked this guy Koji if he could sell me a grill and help me put on my SUV, first thing he says is we are closing , I said you have 30 min, so I asked if he could unscrew one side of the grill to fit on my car, he said no, that he couldn’t do it. I’ve bought many grills in home depot and never had a problem before.
Was very disappointed about Lowe’s , said to see they didn’t earn my business.
