I was so disappointed in the women's clothing selection for summer. This is Texas, we don't want synthetic polyester material or long sleeves, we want cotton and linen material. The selections were horrible and obviously for stores in Northern states not the South. The store also does not have enough employees or registers,and the lingerie department does not have a dressing room, you have to go clear across the store to find one. The Pearland Macy's has gone down hill and I will not be shopping there ever again. It looks like a dime store. So disappointing.

Why have curbside if there's no one working it on the app nor in the store for online orders. You need to beef up your customer service.

Tyler was such an awesome salesman when me and my mom were shopping for fragrances. Very cordial, knowledgeable of the products being sold, and overall provided great services. Highly recommend this store if you are looking for a wide array of deigned fragrances. Make sure to ask for Tyler though since he will find something you like.

Sorry. But they dropped the ball. I spent approx 20 min (19 per google) in the men's dept looking for a suit. Was never approached by a salesperson and could not find a dressing room..that would have been a 400 sale min plus accessories. I now understand why brick and mortar stores are closing. No plans on returning.

During the Christmas Season we had been for shopping at the Macys Stores and I checked with the Perfume Department Sales guy Tyler about John Varavatos Vintage perfume, unfortunately it was not available but he did promise us to visit when the New Stock would arrive by New Year. 2 days ago I visited and Tyler really surprised me with the Vintage brand of John Varvatos Eau De Parfum , the beauty of this perfume is that if it’s put in the morning it last the whole day more than 8 hours. Tyler was really great as I found he was committed to his job and took care of anyone who would pass that Perfume area ensuring we pick some Perfume from MACYs. He will be a good Asset for Macys and I see a good future for Tyler there as he is an aggressive Salesman ensuring the Customer to pick atleast one brand from there.
