“I have to say 5 stars is not enough, I had a great experience working with ADDI from start to finish. The entire process was handled with professionalism and care. Wesley, sales consultant, was knowledgeable, polite, and extremely informative—taking the time to explain options clearly and making sure every detail was thoughtfully considered. The installation was just as impressive. Mason showed exceptional attention to detail, ensuring everything was installed precisely and looks fantastic. It’s clear that ADDI takes pride in both their customer service and craftsmanship. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for high-quality sign work and a smooth, professional experience. My truck and trailer look professional. God bless!”

“Hello. I just want to say that Jashaun was a big help to me. He helped me get my package, and waiting on me and everyone else with no hesitation and a great attitude. I have been to the other FedEx places in the people were very rude, but I appreciate employees like Jashaun. I really hope that he gets a big raise and he can hear about this, because he deserves it. Could you please for me, tell him to keep up the great work and that he's doing a great job. Also Laila was very sweet and helpful. These are the type of employees businesses should have around. Thank you and have a blessed day”

“I had an excellent experience at this FedEx location, especially after dealing with a frustrating situation elsewhere. London, the young lady who assisted me, was outstanding. She was polite, professional, and incredibly patient while I explained what had happened. She really took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and suggested the best shipping option for my situation. Most importantly, she handled my sensitive documents with care and made sure everything was done correctly. Customer service like this makes a huge difference. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this location. The team is phenomenal, and London is truly exceptional. Thank you again for turning a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience.”
