My car was getting towed to their shop and wouldn’t arrive until a little after closing, I was stressed about timing but one of their team members kindly offered to stay late and wait for the tow truck to arrive. Very kind! They fixed my car quickly and professionally, and even gave me a discount which I truly appreciated. Great place!”

“Mr. Jose, was very helpful. I was waiting in line and Jose, came over and asked how could he help my family and I. I needed a tire and he told me the price and how long it would take. However Jose, was like Flash almost! We were in and out in no time. We will definitely come back...Great service, attitude was great... store was clean and they had phone sockets and water for the wait. This is the best Discount Tire store I've been to. I live on the N.W. side but I'm going to make it my business to get an extra tire from the Pearland location off Broadway, so I won't have to use a donut tire in the future!”
“I have used this shop several times and they have always been extremely honest and priced well. They recently spent a day investigating why my truck would not start. They eventually found where there was an electrical fire and most likely fried all of the electronics. Due to the damage caused, the truck had to be towed to the dealer for possible insurance claim. Since they were not able to complete the work, they did not even charge a fee for their days worth of time. Any other shop would have. Can't say enough how much I appreciate their help in this situation.”
