“On March 17th I went to NTB to get an alignment done. Mike was the technician that helps us.
I was informed it would take an 1½ hours . . . I was completely upset, but Mike realized that once he assess the situation that it would take about 45 minutes. I was very grateful to Mike for his professionalism, completing the task so quickly and without error.

“Moved and had to find a new place to take my car. I've never had issues with NTB. When I first moved to Friendswood I was referred to Grease Monkey (I would highly recommend against this place). They over charged my partner on a basic oil change, even though we requested a high mileage oil change. Needless to say I looked up an NTB close to our home and was able to get my oil change done and the mechanic Javier and his boss were wonderful. They found some other issues with my car and noted the cost for everything that needed fixing and explained what was wrong and what I needed to fix immediately. Javier was very thorough and professional. We will be back for the repairs and will continue to return and refer customers. Thank you for the great customer service and through explanations for the repairs.”

“I've had the absolutely best service each time here! I love the crew everyone is nice and tries to make sure you're well taken care of! I got all 4 tires done & an alignment for a good price they were done with working on my Tesla In about 1 hr and 30 min! Today my front driver side tire was holding on by a limb after I hit a pot hole and my car was at 0% they took care of my tire and asked me if I was good if I had someone coming to help me with the charging of the car and workers made sure I was safe and asked me if I needed anything like water. Again wonderful guys! They take good care of their customers! :) would 1000% recommend getting work done for your car here!”

“I had the opportunity to use their service for battery check and tire balancing and rotation. I monitored both services and let me tell you both were performed extremely well. I'm impressed with the attention and meticulous care of every small detail. I had the pleasure of working with Bryan and his manager Tish. Bryan is a great mechanic and extremely professional. Go try him next time you want to get those services done.
Also, let me tell you one more thing, they have a system in place for scheduling and if you use the system and be little patient, it will work in your favor. Always schedule your service and then head that way with some extra time. Good service requires good people and ample time to get the job done right. Sometimes they may be a little short handed for various reasons and it may take longer but rest assured they will take care of you and the business extremely well.”

“Incredible service—he reached my toddler daughter and me in just 10 minutes! He was honest about everything and worked efficiently. Compared to past experiences, this was by far the smoothest. Highly recommend if you’re ever stuck on the side of the road—definitely give him a call. He even managed to remove a stubborn, twisted tire, and had both tires taken care of within an hour.
