This Walgreens location in Pearland off Broadway and Cullen is considered by many to be the best Walgreens in the greater Houston area, with some customers passing other locations to use this one. The pharmacy staff is frequently described as awesome, very helpful, courteous, and genuinely caring about the people they serve. Specific employees, including a pharmacy manager and various technicians, have been recognized for excellent leadership, expediting services, and going the extra mile to find significant prescription savings. While many note they have never had a bad experience and can always find what they are looking for, some criticisms exist. Past reviews have cited unprofessional customer service, with some staff appearing rushed, overwhelmed, or uncaring, leading to poor reviews. Recently, however, there have been noted improvements with a major increase in employees and much better wait times. A current concern is that the drive-thru pharmacy, while staffed by courteous employees, has become extremely slow, with waits extending to about 30 minutes compared to a previous 10 minutes. Overall, the store is seen as having made recent positive strides.
Seriously the pharmacy is a joke, weather your inside or in the drive through even with one or two people ahead of you expect to wait over 20 minutes.

My experience at Walgreens has been doing but good. Each and everyone has been extremely helpful to me each time they're needed. I love Walgreens located in the Pearland.TX area

The pharmacy is not well managed. The result is that people end up having to wait much longer than necessary.
