This Walgreens in Pearland off Broadway and Cullen is by far the best Walgreens in the greater Houston area. I’ve used Walgreens for years and passed two other Walgreens just to get to this one. The pharmacy manager, Michelle, goes an excellent job leading her staff and those who work behind the counter.
Walgreens genuinely cares about the people they serve.

Normally great service at this location but it appears they are now allowing people to wait in the drive through lane while there prescription is being filled bocking service to others. Both lanes were blocked by a car for at least 15 minutes before the left car finally left with 4 cars behind it and about 9 cars total in drive through lanes. Finally gave up on the drive through, parked and went inside where there was no line, picked up prescription and drove back around to see the same car still blocking the right lane. I know I have been asked in the past to go around if a prescription was not filled. So much for quick drive through service. Unbelievable.

My doctor accidentally sent my prescription to this Walgreens instead of the Walmart pharmacy we listed. TERRIBLE experience. It took so long to even fill my prescriptions, then when I chose to have it delivered, it just never came. The employees never did their job to actual send the prescription for me, even though it was ordered to be sent way earlier that day. My spouse ended up having to go get it for me right before they closed because it was urgent that I have these medications, as I was very ill. They waited terribly long in line, then finally was able to pick it up. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

Something is wrong with this pharmacy. My doctor sent an Rx, I never got messaged that it was ready so I called 24 hours after it was sent (at 3:53pm). “Are you out of this medication?” I tell them I am totally out and they say it will be ready in 45 mins. My husband arrives and waits in line and when he gets to the counter it’s now 5:15. “Give us 15 mins”. So yeah, finally it was ready 15 mins later BUT my husband had to wait in the long line ALL OVER AGAIN. Don’t come here if you got things to do. Apparently they don’t get your Rx ready until you show up and make you get in their disorganized line multiple times.

I have never had a bad experience here. Staff at the pharmacy is awesome and very helpful. I always seem to find what I am looking for as well. Sometimes it's hard to find a representative to help me but overall, this is my pharmacy and will continue to go here for my medications and over counter supplements.

There is something disgustingly wrong with the management of this pharmacy. If your time has any value whatsoever you are better off driving to a location further away and will still save time enough to outweigh the gas you used driving. I waited 40 minutes to pick up my prescription that they told me was ready. They asked me to wait while they got it ready. I was the only person in line when I arrived. On another occasion I waited 30 minutes while they were making someone in front of me wait for their medication and its was 5 minutes after closing time when they got to me and the tech told me the pharmacist had left for the day and all the medication was locked up. Every time I needed to pick up medication has taken more than 15 to 20 minutes after they texted repeatedly that the medication was ready for pick up.

Pharmacy department will answer the phone and say hold on and never come back to the phone , having me wait for a whole hour just to refill my prescription

I was given the wrong RSV vaccine by the pharmacist while I was pregnant ! Although I do understand that medical errors happened, this cause me a lot of worry and anxiety . Thankfully me and my baby were ok in the end , but this is still unacceptable. If you get vaccinated here make sure to double check that they are giving you the RIGHT vaccine.

Walking inside the pharmacy is terrible, long lines and slow and bad customer service. Driving through is also terrible, bad audio, long wait, even 2 cars in front of you means 30 minutes average, also bad customer service. On the phone...I was just waiting 25 minutes, I was put on hold 20 TIMES (yes, I count them looking for the new record), then the Pharmacist told me I do NOT have a refill, after complaining she change it to, YES you have....but is on backorder and cannot tell you when will be here, I asked, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, she just said it will be here when is here. Worst place on earth to be sick. Oh by the way, I have 3 daily pills to take, and they always run out in different times....so I start counting the pills, really often, 1-5 pills are missing. One start because the parking lot is OK.

Should get a negative 5 stars for the poor service and lack of cashiers. Walked around after getting a prescription filled to purchase something else and did not see anyone up at the front. When the one girl did see me she turned around immediately and scurried behind the photo development section.
They would not accept my insurance at the pharmacy counter so I had to pay out of pocket for that. All in all just really garbage service and employees.

Don’t ever go to this pharmacy, they could care less about your prescriptions, and nothing is ever ready on time….always delayed and takes days. Do not fill anything here unless you can wait a week!! Staff is rude.

This Walgreens in Pearland 77584 has the WORST pharmacy customer service in the entire metro area, slow, no knowledge and poor customer service and has been like this for YEARS...moving all rx to cvs after 30yrs w walgreens. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
