Terrible bank terrible they follow their own rules.. definitely a waste of time. The operation manager act so slow it’s annoying. How are we both present and still can’t cash the check together. Worst branch ever. I am literally thinking about closing my account

Kenneth and his supervisor were very welcoming. I didn’t have an appointment, but they communicated with me their availability. Got my account serviced without issue. :)
