“I was only there to get LP tanks filled. Staff were friendly and filled my tanks right away. From the looks of it, if you need hardware, you tell them what you need and they go and get it for you. Aside from the front desk, the rest of the building appeared to be closed off.”

“(2026)today I met a new staff member/employee. Mr Pancho. I needed a main pipeline for my city water connection to my RV trailer home. He recommended a steel ribbed one. I had my cousin trying to place it onto the value and it would not work. I was a bit frustrated. Went back and was going to get a return or a new pipeline. I met with Don Pancho again and he assured me that it was the correct kind for that pipeline value. I told him I would trust him. I would truly deposit some trust into him and install it myself. I left with my pipes and with my two kids pj and amara and called it a day at los pinos. With a bit of a little struggle since the area is a small space, I finally was able yo install the pipelines securely with no leakage. I called los pinos to speak to Mr Pancho. I apologized and let him know that yes, I was able to install new pipeline. He is a very skilled knowledgeable handyman/journeyman not just a hardware employee. Thank you again! Stay blessed and less stressed ✨
(2024)Wonderful, helpful staff members. Gaby is skillful, multi taking and greets me and my two kids with a friendly positive attitude. Edward knows the odds and ends of the store and their products and availability. Angel is awesome. He is easy to speak to and understand and comprehend. Knows what item is used for what and able to recommend unknown products/items that are a resolution for the issue. No Pasa nada was what made me giggle a bit when I was uncertain of the sturdiness of a product he recommend to me. Low and behold the item had credibility in its adhesiveness. Thank you los pinos for your well knowledge, multi tasking, friendly skilled staff members.”
