“Am I really reviewing a convenience store? Yes, but I'm reviewing the deli inside the store! We're at Mitchell Resort and RV Park. Read my lips, I'm not cooking! I'm not even lighting the charcoal grill! At 7:30 Saturday morning, I'm in Perrin, Texas, Population 398, one flashing light, and not a soul in sight. I hit the deli for breakfast burritos. Not the ones under the heat lamp, he made them fresh. Bacon, egg, and cheese, and Chorizo, egg, and cheese. Omg, so good! And good hot sauce too. Saturday afternoon, back to the deli for bacon cheeseburgers, fries, onion rings, and tator tots. Best tator tots I've ever had! And the burgers were great! They have 3 or 4 tables if you want to sit a minute. People behind the counter were helpful and friendly. Yes, they've got gas and all that convenience store stuff. If your on highway 281 north of Mineral Wells, stop!”

“I decided to go on the road with my husband and I wanted a snack so we stopped here. Must I say that this little convenience store has the cleanest bathrooms (you will need to ask for a key) and the most delicious food!!! My husband bought me a chicken fried steak sandwich and it was DELICIOUS! it was the best chicken fried steak I've ever tasted. It was flavorful, tender, crunchy and so warm. It comes with no sauce, but I honestly didn't even need any. The staff was super sweet, and helpful. I absolutely recommend this place to stop and grab some yummy food.”
