“I've been to this perfect little bookstore a few times and enjoyed every visit. :) The Blind Date Book ideas are absolutely inspired, and I love the selection of stickers and magnets, as well.”

“Honestly the most thoughtfully-curated indie bookstore in Austin, which is saying a lot. I always leave with about 3X the books I initially went in for and the owners/staff are so welcoming!”

“They have a wonderful selection, though, with the sheer amount of series they have, there will always be some volumes out of stock or missing, since it is always extremely crowded. Sadly, this location, unlike others doesn't take cash”

“My 11 year old daughter has been enjoying her ballet class this Spring. Her teacher is sweet, and the classes have been fun and challenging. I appreciate that they have a student break room for in between classes.”

“Recycled Reads is my favorite books store. You never know what you’ll find and the prices can’t be beat! 50 cents for all children’s and YA books, including hardcover. $2 for adult fiction hardcover. $.50 - $1 for all paperback adult fiction.”

“You can be in this place for hours upon hours , and get lost . I can’t believe they had this book ! I like this location , if they don’t have something they will try and get it for you , some books are too expensive. Like this War within a war book ?.”

“Always a favorite!!! Of course every store is different and it depends on what they get as a buy, but it’s awesome to find some used books that I’ve been eyeing on my TBR for pretty cheap!”

“Great place to sell books that are sitting around collecting dust. They won't pay a lot but it's better than nothing. ?

The Half Price Books near Parmer and Mopac is a nice store and the staff is friendly.”

“Cool space! I didn't stay for very long but I found a couple things that I liked including a calvin and hobbes comic and some poetry. It's pay by donation and I also grabbed a couple free stickers so I paid about $10.”

“I am a huge fan of this local bookstore and try to support them as frequently as possible. Every interaction I have had with staff has been very positive, both in person and over the phone. Audrey (my namesake haha) gave me great book recommendations on disability justice the last time I visited. I appreciate that they demonstrate their values by still requiring masks in store. It makes me feel much more safe and comfortable as an immunocompromised person to take my time and browse their amazing and diverse collection.”

“This is one of the very small Goodwill locations. Since there isn't a lot of room available, the primary inventory consists of clothing with some shelves of household goods.
The prices at locations like this are often considerably less than their larger counterparts, with all clothing items having a single price.”
