Broadstone Grand Avenue is a great place to live, described as not a bad place and an exceptional apartment living experience. The garden-style apartments feature designer upgrades, luxurious finishes, and green-living features. The property is very clean and pet friendly, with great neighbors. Residents enjoy a multitude of resort-inspired amenities and lushly landscaped courtyards. Management is awesome, providing great service and fair prices; they are very friendly, personable, and quick to resolve any rare problems. Overall, reviewers are impressed, give the property a 10/10, and are not planning on leaving anytime soon.
Resident for 10 years before buying a home. Wonderful place to live and management was always responsive and understanding. Highly recommend.

Pleasant experience very wonderful people willing to help you. I suggest you move over here is very nice very clean area real duck off and please come and see them. It’s worth it. I’ll please check with Maria. She’s the best and she’s helped me out with everything!
