The community as a whole is very well maintained, clean, and has a peaceful atmosphere. I also want to recognize the outstanding work of the office staff and maintenance team. They have always been friendly, professional, and responsive. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to help and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I really enjoy the common areas and amenities, which are always clean and well maintained. The location is another big plus, with everything I need just a short drive away.
Overall, my experience has been excellent, and I would definitely recommend Presidium Pecan District to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to live.”

“I’ve really enjoyed living at Jovie Pflugerville . The staff (Kirra, Lisa , Yuni and Angela) is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the common areas are kept clean and well-maintained.

The location is fantastic—close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, but still quiet and peaceful. My apartment is spacious with modern appliances, plenty of storage, and great natural light.

“I Love These Spacious Apartments. I’m Afforded a resort like atmosphere❣️The apartment maintenance staff is responsive and qualified enough. There is however room for improvement. I’ve lived here for 4 years and had 3 different property managers. In my opinion the up keep of the overall property has deteriorated. In particular the community pool bathrooms near pool and mailroom have been down right nasty. When I mentioned to office staff Ms T, I forgot her actual name, she stated the property did not have money to maintain these areas on weekends and that I should only be concerned with my individual apartment. I explained to her I was paying for amenities as well!! This was an unacceptable answer and situation tenants were facing. I am definitely looking to move if these issues are not remediated ASAP and continue to be monitored!!”

“Maintenance came the same day and fixed the disposal, the towel rack in the bathroom, and replaced the light in the refrigerator. The man was nice and took care of everything quickly and efficiently.”

“We just finished a tour with Chanay Assistant Property Manager to tour a unit similar to what we want 1B/1B 700sqft as we arent planning on moving until November. She was very friendly and optimistic and we were able to get comfortable with her. Despite us not wanting to move anytime soon she still took her time to show us around the unit and allowed us to take photos/video to look back on in the future. She answered our questions to the best of her ability and was honest with us every step of the way. We really appreciate her time and positive energy overall.”

“So this new management has finally opened the pool and I am here for it. Facelift on the buildings exterior, swift with maintenance requests and the leasing staff will be upfront and honest to tell you that they don’t know the answer, but will find out instead of just telling you a wrong answer. SHOUT OUT TO MAINTENANCE! This team has been rocking for a year or so and they are kind, knowledgeable and straight to it. My AC had gone out over the weekend on a holiday and they had a portable unit hooked up in my dwelling in an hour. The work they do as well is typically completed the first time without an additional visit. DJ and Rashad are doing wonders to the property.

Honestly, I had a negative view when I first moved in years ago, never seen the rats myself and did have roach problems at first- but they were quick easy to get under control with some basic products, requests of pest control and just by being clean and clutter-free.

The pool only reaches 4ft deep, but that seems safer for families with children. There is a small playground. Ample parking. Carports are currently first come first serve which was great for all of the hail scares. There is a basketball court. Have not used the laundry room or gym, so cannot comment on such, but the front area is fairly quiet and clean.”

“I’ve been leaving here for 4 months and I love it…The price is good and the environment is so good and peaceful….Everybody in the office are so sweet and helpful and also the guys that repair everything…I would like to mention Yosniel and Crismar because they are always ready to help and I love that from them…I wanna thanks The manager Jina and all the other workers because everyone does a really good job.”

“I’ve been a resident here for over three years, and I’ve seen a huge positive change since the new manager took over. Before, many of the community rules weren’t being enforced. There was loud music at the pool late into the night, and the amenities were often damaged by unsupervised children, making it difficult for residents to enjoy them.
The new manager has done an amazing job of turning things around. She has been consistent about enforcing the community rules and works hard to make sure everyone can enjoy the amenities in a peaceful, safe, and respectful environment. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and the property, and her efforts have made a noticeable difference. I truly appreciate everything she’s doing to improve our community and make it a better place to live.”
