Today, I got the General Manager. He said my damage was cosmetic, not structural. He could have easily persuaded me to do the repair. He didn't. When people tell you things that make you not pay them, they are honest.

As a small business part owner, I _know_ that customers are sometimes lied to make a small job into a big job. So I when I get honesty, I appreciate it and will always come back here.”
