“Alamo made the entire process very easy. In Austin, when a car was not readily available, they upgraded me to a car of my choice. Staff at the exit helped me set up my phone to the GPS and got me on my way.
The car was a great ride and fuel efficient. Check in was also very easy. The address for the return in Houston was readily available, easy to find and clearly signed. The check in was easy and the shuttle back to the airport was waiting.
Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. A great experience all around.

“I am visiting this location to swap out a rental car that I picked up from a different location. Unfortunately I was having a problem with the steering wheel and needed to change the vehicle out. They had a Toyota Camry available which would have been fine. The nice blonde lady who assisted me was very nice and helpful. I had mentioned how I have not driven a gas vehicle in years and she offered to swap the vehicle for an electric vehicle for me. They did not have one immediately available but she got her team to clean one out for me that had just been returned. It was very kind of her to take those extra steps to get me in another vehicle.”
“We had a great experience renting from Camp Host. The reservation and pick up process was easy and they took the time to show us the processes for using the RV and answering any questions we had. “Austin Airport Manager Connor deserves a raise! He spent a considerable amount of time helping us connect Bluetooth and tracking down my lost bag which he personally returned to me on return of the vehicle. We hired a Jeep which was clean and easy to drive. Connor was an absolute superstar and his co worker Giselle was an absolute delight. Both extremely helpful. Many thanks to Connor, we would 100% book with them again if ever back in Austin Texas.”
“As a small company that is growing, we needed a few used company vehicles, but after dealing with a few used car dealers in n the area, Houston and Dallas, we were left very frustrated and felt like we could not trust anyone. I gave call to storefront and Joshua was person at front desk waited for me and provided me car rental.
Thank you for staying beyond store closure time. Customer service is at highest here.

“Superman works for Budget/Avis! I cannot say enough positive things about Marc. He went above and beyond and was so very helpful during a very stressful time. We were cruising along 290 heading to see our Grandkids in the Houston area when, out of nowhere, our rental car simply stopped. We were in the middle of construction traffic of course and were able to get to the side of the road. Long story short (too late) - we called Marc, told him of the drama we were in and asked him if we could bring the car to him and get a replacement (this was at about 30 minutes before closing time.) His response - just get here by 6:00 and I'll handle it, which he did! We were on the cusp of having to find a place to stay in Austin and miss seeing our grandkids for another day or get a replacement car and get to hug our grandkids that night. Marc made it the latter and we are forever grateful to him.
