The Manager maintained her professional composure, during this very hectic Wednesday. Check in was a easy, just turned in the keys and then get a printout of your paid bill. Wait time to checkout 10 mins. Check in wait time 2 mins.”

“We rented a Class B (camper van) to take out to Big Bend NP and had a great experience w/ American Dream Vacations. The van was easy to drive (my hubby was the driver, but said it was great), snap to park and kept was cozy when the temps dropped overnight. We comfortably slept 4. Just about everything we needed (other than sleeping bags/bedding) was provided. Mike, the manager, was very friendly and helpful! Thanks for helping us create amazing memories!”

“The kind representative called me back after letting me know it would be a moment. While they didn’t have the vehicle I was looking for in stock, the rep made sure to keep her promise. It is understandable that they didn’t have the specific vehicle I was looking for due to me being picky and there was a recent hail storm that may cause inventory issues. I’ll be staying within Enterprise for my rental, just will need to call a location that has my “Plan C” in stock. I didn’t catch the reps name nor do I want to assume their gender but I’ll have to assume and say they was female. I feel bad not catching her name but she deserves praise.”
