“I was so happy to receive great service from Otis Walker in electronics! I was checking the status of an online order via phone, and kept getting transferred from person to person. I ended up in the electronics dept and he made sure he took care of me personally. He left the dept to walk back to the pick up area and look for my order. When the status showed something unusual, he didn't even give me time to request he look into further- he automatically offered to dig in deeper and gave me the answers I needed. I know it's hard to give dedicated service to customers in big box stores, so I REALLY appreciate the extra time and attention! Thank you Otis!!”
“Bought Palmetto St. Augustine sod for our semi shady backyard. Online ordering and scheduling was easy. Received a phone call and text morning of delivery with an ETA. Driver was fast to unload and place the pallets where I asked. Sod was in great shape. Very green and moisture in the soil. Even found earthworms that came along to now live in our yard.”

Only down side is that communication needs improvement. They do not answer the phone, and it may take 1+ days to return a message.”

Good selection of Gravely, Scag, Ariens, Exmark riding/standing mowers, and Toro, Exmark walk behind ones. Echo and Stihl hand helds and more. Call before going on Saturday to see if open as Google doesnt always match (see pic).”

“This floral shop made it so easy for me to send my loved one flowers from an entirely different state. The prices were reasonable especially when compared to their competitors. The only thing in price that was a little heart stopping was the $15 delivery fee and the $6 (might have been $5) service fee. Not sure why I was paying for a service fee... The delivery free was steep to me... I think $10 would have been more appropriate. The flowers were so fresh and turned out exactly as I hoped. They made sure that both the recipient and I were aware that the flowers were delivered. Impressed with their work. I will order from them again.”
“My recent online order of a bathtub door arrived at this store with damage to the packing box. After being notified of this damage, I went to assess it and found the box crushed in several places and the bottom flaps completely open, which made me wonder if any parts might have already fallen out. But Penny and another lady at the service desk there were most understanding and helpful in getting this item quickly re-ordered for me. Appreciate their kind service.”

“The rental center is a great feature of Home Depot that Lowe’s does not have. If you just need a expensive tool for a day or two, or even a few hours, this is the place to go. And then when the tools have enough wear and tear they sell them used at pretty good deals. They also rent trucks, large ladders, you name it.”

“I recently stopped by to purchase blinds, I’ve been doing blind installation for a while. I young lady named Eryn S called someone to help. After about 5 minutes she checked to see if I was being help. No one was helping yet. She then proceeded to called her manager to help. Eryn told me that she was going to wait for her manager to teach her how to cut blinds so she could better help customers. Her manager showed up a few minutes after and proceeded to cut me he blinds. Eryn was very observant to how he cut the blinds and took over after the second blind was wrongly cut by her manager. He did not explain the procedure when cutting the blinds but her determination to learn overcome his distractions. The 5 starts are for her as a human being and as an employee. Good workers do not get recognized enough. Thank you Eryn!!”
