“Bought Palmetto St. Augustine sod for our semi shady backyard. Online ordering and scheduling was easy. Received a phone call and text morning of delivery with an ETA. Driver was fast to unload and place the pallets where I asked. Sod was in great shape. Very green and moisture in the soil. Even found earthworms that came along to now live in our yard.”

Only down side is that communication needs improvement. They do not answer the phone, and it may take 1+ days to return a message.”

Good selection of Gravely, Scag, Ariens, Exmark riding/standing mowers, and Toro, Exmark walk behind ones. Echo and Stihl hand helds and more. Call before going on Saturday to see if open as Google doesnt always match (see pic).”

“Impressed with the outstanding service I received from Rosalie today while I was in the paint section. Associates like her are exactly what great customer service should look like. While I was trying to figure out the best option for buying a gallon of Kilz, she approached me and explained everything clearly in just a couple of minutes.
Rosalie was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to recommend different products depending on the type of job, including indoor and outdoor painting. She also explained the quality and purpose of the products I was considering so I could make the best decision for my project.
In addition, she helped me select the right caulking for my bathroom project and even offered additional recommendations in case I planned to paint the area afterward. Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help really stood out.

“This floral shop made it so easy for me to send my loved one flowers from an entirely different state. The prices were reasonable especially when compared to their competitors. The only thing in price that was a little heart stopping was the $15 delivery fee and the $6 (might have been $5) service fee. Not sure why I was paying for a service fee... The delivery free was steep to me... I think $10 would have been more appropriate. The flowers were so fresh and turned out exactly as I hoped. They made sure that both the recipient and I were aware that the flowers were delivered. Impressed with their work. I will order from them again.”

After being notified of this damage, I went to assess it and found the box crushed in several places and the bottom flaps completely open, which made me wonder if any parts might have already fallen out. “The rental center is a great feature of Home Depot that Lowe’s does not have. If you just need a expensive tool for a day or two, or even a few hours, this is the place to go. And then when the tools have enough wear and tear they sell them used at pretty good deals. They also rent trucks, large ladders, you name it.”
