“Impressed with the outstanding service I received from Rosalie today while I was in the paint section. Associates like her are exactly what great customer service should look like. While I was trying to figure out the best option for buying a gallon of Kilz, she approached me and explained everything clearly in just a couple of minutes.
Rosalie was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to recommend different products depending on the type of job, including indoor and outdoor painting. She also explained the quality and purpose of the products I was considering so I could make the best decision for my project.
In addition, she helped me select the right caulking for my bathroom project and even offered additional recommendations in case I planned to paint the area afterward. Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help really stood out.

“This floral shop made it so easy for me to send my loved one flowers from an entirely different state. The prices were reasonable especially when compared to their competitors. The only thing in price that was a little heart stopping was the $15 delivery fee and the $6 (might have been $5) service fee. Not sure why I was paying for a service fee... The delivery free was steep to me... I think $10 would have been more appropriate. The flowers were so fresh and turned out exactly as I hoped. They made sure that both the recipient and I were aware that the flowers were delivered. Impressed with their work. I will order from them again.”
“Ok, I have been coming to this place for years and was skeptical about new owners. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they’re respecting the space yet giving it new growth. With all the construction and building in the area, it’s really hard to keep a local spot and not sell out. I think Serenity Herbal is finding a happy medium and the products are clean and affordable. The staff is very helpful too. It’s heartbreaking the original owner had to shut down but the new owners seem to have a lot of heart and want to honor the Garden of the Ancient’s land. ❤️”
“Came in on a Thursday after work for some spray paint and when I went to check out there where allot of people just standing around on their phones but not Madden. He jumped right in and directed me to a register, helped me scan my stuff and was ready to age verify my paint before I knew it. Solid employee, great service. Give that man a raise!”

“Moving out of my apartment soon and needed some paint to cover some holes i filled in my walls. I was able to receive a paint match quickly and easily at the paint counter. The employee at the counter was super helpful. I did think that the color needed a little more blue so he told me that if after I painted, I still thought so that I could come back and he would add it for me. Great service and super helpful!”
