He has been very responsive anytime we had an issue (paper jam we could not locate) and was even able to give me some pointers to utilize in the future too. “The team at the printing section were literally the sweetest !! Recently we lost of puppy and I wanted to print some posters to pass out in my neighborhood. I did an online order and I realize they weren't going to be ready on time. I called and asked if they could be done sooner they told me they'll be ready in an hour, which was already great, just 10 mins after that call they called me back to let me know my order was ready. I did curbside pickup, which they were super quick and easy to find. When they brought my order out I noticed they gave me 10 extra prints of the regular size and 10 extra prints of a larger poster size, making it 20 extra prints. I'm super happy and grateful for they small act that goes a long way. We were able to pass out extras and we're taking it as a sign we're able to find our puppy. “Donald is an outstanding General Manager! I had an unusual situation where I needed a receipt reprinted for work, and he went above and beyond to help me. Donald patiently spent time with me over the phone, asking all the right questions and never making me feel like a burden. He researched, kept me updated with multiple follow-up calls, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to resolving the issue.

In the end, we discovered that the receipt had to come directly from FedEx and wasn’t in the Office Depot system, which was entirely my mistake. But instead of being frustrated, Donald was truly happy that I’d be able to resolve it. His professionalism, kindness, and customer-first attitude made a stressful situation easy, and I so appreciate the time and care he gave.
