“A few years back I felt a bit of pain in the neck and my old office chair broke. I did quite a bit of research and decided to purchase the Freedom Chair by Humanscale at Relax The Back in their NW Austin store. Sierra of RTB took the order and advised me to ask my doctor for the prescription to take the tax off. Which I did and that made the very nice chair in exquisite orange to be a little cheaper, but still over $1k. The amazing thing is that after 4-6 months of using the chair the neck pain I felt when sitting or driving just went away!However, by some minor error in the chair with every sitting on it the pin that holds it on the wheel assembly pulled out and I took the chair to Relax The Back where they put the pin back using a rubber mallet. So I bought a mallet and hammered the pin back every few weeks. When I have recently visited the same Relax The Back store to purchase something else I complained to Nathan of RTB how one probably shouldn't have to do that on chair with the $1,400 price tag. He asked for the chair serial number which I emailed to him and lo and behold today after a few weeks I was surprised by a big box FedEx left at my doorstep with a complete brand new Freedom chair! Now, that is the customer service level I have never experienced before for something this expensive! With this kind of customer experience why would I buy anything they carry anywhere else! Thanks Nathan!The photo is of the original chair equipped with soccer training markers as improvised cat feet shields/protectors over the castors. And the new one is exactly the same!”

“Want to send a big thanks to Geno Muto and Professional Plotter Technology Corp for assisting my wife and I with the new purchase of a large format photo printer. I originally submitted an online request to receive quotes from various vendors and had several reach out as expected. Geno caught my attention because he didn’t just try to give me the basics and sell me $5K printer claiming his vendor or brand was the best or leave out important information that could make a huge difference in the overall expectations of the machine. We stayed in contact for about a week and discussed every detail and question I had before I made finally made my decision. For my wife and I with the current intended use we decided on the Canon Imageprograf PRO-2100. Placed the order with Geno and after receiving it and getting it set the machine I extremely happy with my decision and the machine is more then what I expected. Large format printers are a large investment and taking the time to go over all specs and questions and intended use is very important. If you are in the market give Geno a call and discuss performance and expectations you need and I know you will end up with the right product.
