Nathan did an excellent job of explaining things in detail and made sure I could try different pillows before deciding on the one for me. And the greatest store experience was the 20 minute trial on the massage chair, felt like I had a good spa day! Highly recommend for getting ergonomic anything from Relax the Back”

“I came here with my kids in tow for back to school shopping. It’s always more convenient to order stuff online but I’m so glad I did this in-person. The kids got to walk around the store and shop for their own supplies while mom chilled out. And then the best past: wonderful customer service. There were a couple of employees that were always available for questions and then when I was checking out, the guy looked over my available discounts and gave me the best discount! He was able to save me $30 off my total bill! He took the time to bag everything up per kid which made it less of a hassle for me when we got home.
