I bought battery and asked them to install for me they told me come tomorrow we did not have a tools . I back morning asked them a gain they said oh you do it maybe will help you !!!!! Is small car, Chevy Silverado. I do have business accounts with them, but these people disrespect, and they are lazy to do it.I went to change the battery and back with old one to get my money back they said the can not give me the money back I have to come back 1 pm !!!!!!!!

Anel at the Pflugerville store was awesome and extremely helpful! The reason for my review is that I purchased a part from this store a year ago this month and had to get the same part replaced again. The Oil pressure sensor. This sensor was under warranty. When I called the store closer to my house on Dessau initially they left me on hold for 12 minutes. When I called back, they lied and said that I had to go back to the store that I originally purchased the part from in order to use the warranty. When I got to the other store i was informed that the Dessau store could have easily helped. So my review is for my experience O’reilly in general and not reflective of this particular location. Thanks to this store’s customer service I didn’t give it a One star ⭐️ review. I did get the situation taken care of finally.

I'm pleased that I didn't need to drive all the way to the nearest Hyundai dealer to get an oil filter to stay within OEM when doing an oil change.

Called O'Reilly, was told they had the part I needed. Went straight there to find out they DID NOT have the part. He said it showed on their computer they did, but not on their shelf. VERY DISAPPOINTED wasting all that time & gas. They suggested I go to another location..., again showed on computer they had the part, but couldn't tell me if it was actually on stock. Drove over there & they did have it. Counter guy says they had a special, if you buy this part you get another part free. Great, give me that deal. Get home to find out they gave me wrong size. UGH!!!! EXTREMELY disappointed with this service on 2 different P'ville locations.

These guys know their stuff. Chris helped me by booking up an OBD II and correctly diagnosing why my "service engine soon" light was on. Then he offered a choice of three brands they had in stock to solve my problem!

Rented a brand new Mazda and started getting low key fob battery notification...leading to multiple attempts trying to get the start button to work. Lady behind the counter went far and above to help me figure out how to change a battery in a very poorly designed key fob...5 steps to take the battery out and five steps to install a new one. It didn't fix the problem. Ended up haveing to drive back to A.B.I.A. and exchange the rented Mazda. ...but O'REILLY's staff was incredibly helpful....on a side note Avis staff replaced my new battery with one of their own. They gave up. Car still had trouble starting. One of them told me they had a number of problems with the new Mazdas...not a good sign

Worst customer service experience ever. I called 4x with no answer at 615 pm on a Monday. So I drove up there in person and was treated so rude by the Hispanic lady at the counter, who knew nothing but attitude. I said screw this and went a quarter mile down the road to advance auto. Forget this place. I'll never go back, especially with 2 other autopart stores right next door. There loss, not mine

Always a good experience when I go to this store. AutoZone has people that don’t know anything most of the time. It’s always a quick in and out at this store. Employees seem pretty knowledgeable.
