“Just wanna give a shout out to Robert the manager there he went out of his way to help me. I had ordered a blackstone off Amazon for my uncle there in Hutto and after a week they informed me that it was lost!!! I then called your store and asked Robert if he could help me and he went and looked and told me that he had 1 left. Long story short I gave him my card # and he told me he would have it to my uncle by Christmas. 45 min later my uncle called and said that it had been delivered. This kind of employee is the reason I choose Ace 1st on all the things I need. Thank you again Sir you made our day Gid bless. Bryan Willis”

“I had a wonderful experience with Willie color matching 720 feet of wood trim. This was a very tricky color match and took several attempts to get things right. Willie was unbelievably patient and worked all day (literally) to make the color match perfectly. He was enthusiastic and understood the importance that I needed an exact match otherwise all of my existing door and cabinet trim would be off. I am very appreciative of his efforts - and he even stayed an extra 1.5 hours past his shift to make this customer happy. In an age where it’s difficult to find great customer service, I witnessed all of Clement’s staff took a consultative approach with other clients and showed conpassion to solve their paint problems too.”

“These guys are the greatest. There was a problem with the level of shine in the ceiling paint we bought. When I called about it, Greg Wagner, the Regional Director, was at our house within an hour to check it out. He agreed that the paint wasn't "matte" even though it was supposed to be, and he replaced the paint and made sure our contractor could repaint the area.
It is amazing in this day and age to find such responsive and caring customer service. Greg went out of his way to make things right when he could easily have not worried about one person's small remodel. Instead, he proved the tremendous value of PPG is not just their great paints, but their absolute respect for each customer. Greg and PPG reflect true excellence. We'll be back for all future paint needs!”
“Excellent, EXCELLENT service! These guys worked for two days to match the color of an oddball stain on some cedar trim for my house. A year earlier, they made an excellent recommendation on the paint for its interior. On top of that, the Manor Hall Paints they carry are the toughest for an interior that I've ever seen! I'm going nowhere else for paint but PPG, and to no other PPG than this one. FWIW, this is the same review I posted on Google reviews. The word about this store really needs to be spread around!”
“The staff at Sherwin Williams on I-35 in Round Rock, TX is extremely accommodating, patient, polite and professional. I simply brought in a small kitchen cabinet door that was custom painted for color matching purposes. They carefully matched a custom cabinet color until it was the correct shade for me.”

“I wanted to repaint my kitchen cabinets, and wasn’t very knowledgeable on which type of paint I needed. Patrick McCarthy was a wonderful help and extremely knowledgeable about what kind/type of paint I needed. He also did not try to make me buy more than I needed or persuade me to purchase something more expensive, which was a refreshing change. I will most definitely come back here for all of my painting needs!!”
