So far it's the best experience I've had. I've not been to other locations but the Westlake store feels comfortable and trustworthy. “Really great customer service. They help explain everything so you know the difference between certain paints before you spend the money. I was standing there looking at different paint brushes for about 30 seconds before he came up and helped to explain the differences in quality and price they were very Precise and quick, which was great because I have a baby with me. There’s all set complementary coffee!”

“Clement's Paint is an Austin gem! I have had an outstanding experience at their William Cannon, Bee Caves, and downtown/w 6th locations. I have no doubt their other locations are equally fantastic. The people who work here have been so incredibly patient, helpful, friendly, knowledgable, and warm as I've navigated my 1st home-painting experience. It's so rare nowadays to find stores like this! And I have to give special thanks to Nora at William Cannon, who has gone above and beyond every time I'm there to help me. I felt like I had my own personal painting coach with her who helped me every step of the way. Truly, Nora and everyone has been so helpful. Plus, the paint looks great! No fault of the people who work there, but you just cannot get support like this at the big chain stores. Thank you so much, Clement's Paint!”

“These guys are the greatest. There was a problem with the level of shine in the ceiling paint we bought. When I called about it, Greg Wagner, the Regional Director, was at our house within an hour to check it out. He agreed that the paint wasn't "matte" even though it was supposed to be, and he replaced the paint and made sure our contractor could repaint the area.
It is amazing in this day and age to find such responsive and caring customer service. Greg went out of his way to make things right when he could easily have not worried about one person's small remodel. Instead, he proved the tremendous value of PPG is not just their great paints, but their absolute respect for each customer. Greg and PPG reflect true excellence. We'll be back for all future paint needs!”
“Excellent, EXCELLENT service! These guys worked for two days to match the color of an oddball stain on some cedar trim for my house. A year earlier, they made an excellent recommendation on the paint for its interior. On top of that, the Manor Hall Paints they carry are the toughest for an interior that I've ever seen! I'm going nowhere else for paint but PPG, and to no other PPG than this one. FWIW, this is the same review I posted on Google reviews. The word about this store really needs to be spread around!”

I bought paint for the first time for my first ever home project on Friday, and they were so helpful and kind that we came back today to buy more -- plus primer (I will be buying all my paint supplies here now. Goodbye, Amazon!) because it went so well that we decided to do our walls around the cabinets and ceiling too to make our bathroom feel brand new. Francisco was excellent help -- I had a million questions and he had answers and patience for all of them. Thank you Sherwin Williams for allowing me to make my home the place I want it to be!”

“Huge thank you to Angelic at PPG Paint in Oak Hill. I have been trying for over two years to match the paint in my home and have spent hundreds of dollars trying different samples with no luck. At one point, I was even quoted $17,000 to repaint my house because nobody could match the original custom paint color.
Angelique took the time to really help me and somehow got everything matched perfectly — the sheen, the shade, and even the texture. It finally matches the original paint from our custom home build perfectly and saved me thousands of dollars.
She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and I really feel like she deserves recognition. Thank you again, Angelic! I truly appreciate all your help.”
