“Really great customer service. They help explain everything so you know the difference between certain paints before you spend the money. I was standing there looking at different paint brushes for about 30 seconds before he came up and helped to explain the differences in quality and price they were very Precise and quick, which was great because I have a baby with me. There’s all set complementary coffee!”

They were able to color match two paint chips (from another paint brand) so seamlessly that we did not need to repaint our walls - even though the existing paint was 8 years old. I was *astounded* by their precision. And, they were helpful in selecting products, educated me on my paint and tool options, were fast and efficient, and respectful as well. Every interaction was pleasant and easy, which has rarely been the case in other paint stores. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
“These guys are the greatest. There was a problem with the level of shine in the ceiling paint we bought. When I called about it, Greg Wagner, the Regional Director, was at our house within an hour to check it out. He agreed that the paint wasn't "matte" even though it was supposed to be, and he replaced the paint and made sure our contractor could repaint the area.
It is amazing in this day and age to find such responsive and caring customer service. Greg went out of his way to make things right when he could easily have not worried about one person's small remodel. Instead, he proved the tremendous value of PPG is not just their great paints, but their absolute respect for each customer. Greg and PPG reflect true excellence. We'll be back for all future paint needs!”

“Excellent, EXCELLENT service! These guys worked for two days to match the color of an oddball stain on some cedar trim for my house. A year earlier, they made an excellent recommendation on the paint for its interior. On top of that, the Manor Hall Paints they carry are the toughest for an interior that I've ever seen! I'm going nowhere else for paint but PPG, and to no other PPG than this one. FWIW, this is the same review I posted on Google reviews. The word about this store really needs to be spread around!”

“I was having one of those days where I kept making mistake after mistake. The staff here was so supportive and helpful during every trip (so many) I made to the store. They definitely make the extra drive to the store worth every mile; I can’t rave about them enough!”
“I’m not a painter but today I learned something. Not all paints are created equal. I walked into Sherwin Williams with the idea that I could paint my deck railing myself with no real idea what I was doing (if you’re hiring a painter, pay them well. I’m covered in paint. My back hurts and I made the biggest mess Austin has ever seen) but if you’re going to do it yourself run! Don’t walk! To sherwin williams They gave me a paint that I can only describe as delicious. It was creamy and fun to paint with. And deserves to be served with puff pastry.
Now I do drink a little, but I didn’t eat the paint. I’m just saying this is the paint you want on your bread pudding if you are a paint eater.
The guys working knew exactly what I needed. God knows I didn’t. So when you head down to sherwin williams bring these guys doughnuts. Or beer. Or prepare a special song for them and let them work their magic for you.
Do I know the name of this delicious paint? No. Do I have pictures of my fantastic new deck railing? Also no. There’s nothing quite so boring as looking at pics of some one else’s deck railing. But I promise you it’s lovely.
I’ve never been this excited about paint before. That alone is reason to EMPTY YOUR WALLET at sherwin Williams on William Cannon. And don’t forget the doughnuts. These guys are awesome.”
