“A+++ ! The female manager of this store is awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. And the rest of the staff are equally as awesome as the manager. The vibe of this store has an old school Austin feel, very comforting with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very similar to that of Breeds hardware store on 29th Street.”

“Excellent, EXCELLENT service! These guys worked for two days to match the color of an oddball stain on some cedar trim for my house. A year earlier, they made an excellent recommendation on the paint for its interior. On top of that, the Manor Hall Paints they carry are the toughest for an interior that I've ever seen! I'm going nowhere else for paint but PPG, and to no other PPG than this one. FWIW, this is the same review I posted on Google reviews. The word about this store really needs to be spread around!”

“These guys are the greatest. There was a problem with the level of shine in the ceiling paint we bought. When I called about it, Greg Wagner, the Regional Director, was at our house within an hour to check it out. He agreed that the paint wasn't "matte" even though it was supposed to be, and he replaced the paint and made sure our contractor could repaint the area. It is amazing in this day and age to find such responsive and caring customer service. Greg went out of his way to make things right when he could easily have not worried about one person's small remodel. Instead, he proved the tremendous value of PPG is not just their great paints, but their absolute respect for each customer. Greg and PPG reflect true excellence. We'll be back for all future paint needs!”

“I had never been to this location before I walked in. I was greeted Genesis helped me out. She was a great help. The store didn't have any Loxon material for stucco. She asked if I would like her to place an order at a nearby store, which was less than 10 minutes away. Thank you!”

“Best customer service ever. Tess and the rest of the team are rockstars. I ran into some issues with finding the right paint to match. The team made sure I was taken care of, walked me through everything step by step, and solved my paint matching problem. Took three stores before I found Tess and this group. Glad I did! Never going anywhere else but here for all my paint needs. Best paint, best service, best staff.”

“This was my first trip to PPG. I usually go to a national competitor, but the paints used in my home by the contractors came from PPG. Apparently colors for contractor just are changed our periodically. The major interior color I required is no longer mixed, and when it was it as in contractor 5 gal. buckets. The white trim also same problem. BUT! The guy who assisted me went to the limit and was able to provide everything I needed, in the small quantities desired. Well, except for the white trim. Cudos, y'all!”

“The staff at Sherwin Williams on I-35 in Round Rock, TX is extremely accommodating, patient, polite and professional. I simply brought in a small kitchen cabinet door that was custom painted for color matching purposes. They carefully matched a custom cabinet color until it was the correct shade for me.”

“Lol what!! I walked into this place armed only with a picture of a beat up old paint can and a hope haha. The guy inside expertly deciphered what i needed from my crime scene of a paint can photo, then after realizing they were out of stock, called around for me to make sure the next place he sent me had it.. offered me water/coffee while I waited?? Lol dude. This place provided better customer service than literally ANYWHERE I've been in ages. I was kinda blown away by just how professional the guy in there carried himself. Ill def go back for whatever paint needs I have, no question.”

“Amazing customer service. Dani was super informative and helpful and was happy to do a custom color match for a very specific paint that I was looking for. It was also pouring rain when I was there and Dani walked me to my car with an umbrella so I would not get wet. That was above and beyond and very kind.”
