never really go in the store for anything besides an energy drink or coffee and then immediately leave. Food on the heaters look like they'd been there forever. Cleaning robot was odd and got in the way. Almost never seen the place without a wet caution sign. Almost never enough cashiers, usually one guy behind the counter working both sides. Tire air pump is so outdated it doesn't even tell you your tires pressure. will still go here for a good Starbucks coffee but that's about it, wouldn't trust the food

Will always love going to QT but will never understand how the prices take forever to drop a few cents but will go up 30 cents overnight. Plus today was frustrating as Waco was $2.34 a gallon and Pflugerville was $2.99. Still enjoy the quality of everything here.

Went there to pick up some food and drinks. Ordered a pizza with peppers, onions, and pepperoni with a BBQ sauce side.
I got a barely-cut pizza with just pepperoni, and no sauce.

Breakfast sandwiches are always done at a different time. Employees lie and say they are supposed to be done an hour later when I hear other say they are supposed to be done at 4am sharp.
This is ridiculous. I should not have to go through this much trouble to get something I CONSISTENTLY buy every single day without fail. I'm sick of being lied to for the sake of an Employees laziness.
I get yall work at a GAS STATION so your not exactly going somewhere in life but you could at least TRY to be a decent human being instead of misleading loyal customers. SOMTHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THESE LAZY, I CONSISTENT, LYING EMPLOYEES.

Always a treat to visit this location. Even as busy as this location is, it runs extremely efficiently. The staff are true to their word as making this a "quick" run in and out. The staff are top rate at being efficient to running cash register operations as well as the cleanliness of the store. With a well appointed menu, it is great to order from the app while enroute, and pick up pizza! I can take a 15 min break, go to this location, pick up an order, and be back on the work clock faster than going to a fast food drive through location across the street! Management keeps the staff lively end engaging with customers.
