“I needed to have my vehicle towed from Pflugerville to Hutto for diagnostics and repairs. After hearing sticker shock from the first company I called (based on a Google search), my second call was to Aus-Tex. The young lady who answered the call was very professional, answered my questions, and gave me an estimate that was substantially cheaper than the previous company and included the breakdown of towing, mileage, and the fuel service charge. Within 30 minutes of hanging up, the driver DeMarco was on site to pick up the car. The payment process was quick and easy via text and overall this was a smooth transaction. I would definitely recommend them and if needed, would not hesitate to use their services again.”

“Got my car towed here and honestly it wasn't a bad experience. The lady at the window was friendly and helpful. You have to call an hour ahead to schedule the pick up but other than that everything was great.”
