“There will never be a “good” time to break down, but it seems even worse when you’re already having an off day. After my car broke down I called several companies that either never answered or were extremely rude from my 1st hello. Bulldog was about #5 on my list & as soon as Trish answered I felt like I found the best option. She was very kind & patient dealing with my frustration & the driver, Keycel (hope I’m getting that right) was a saint. They both were so helpful & turned out to be the highlight of my day. Over the phone he was so nice and concerned for our safety as we were not stopped on the safest part of the highway.
