Wonderful! Awesome staff. Super equipment. Easy to operate. Easy to pick up and return. Rented numerous times for the few years. My dad is in a wheel chair late in life so our family didn't know how to use the van, but now it's super familiar. It's wonderful to have a service like this where we can take my dad on family outings and events without having to own a van like this. GRATEFUL! Shout out to Pamela who is very responsive and superb at customer service.

Since they did the conversion to put a wheelchair ramp and hand controls in my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan in 2020, I have trusted and had my trust rewarded by the service techs at United Access. They do everything they can to make sure their customers are satisfied and getting the help they need. I won't let anyone else work on my van and you shouldn't either!

Longhorn Village had a unusual request. Our brand new van was not fully equipped to have elderly individuals board safely. There were no handles for grabbing and the steps were too large. United access came up with an out-of-the-box idea that would help our residents board safely. They made the part from scratch and it was fantastic. The new device has been a lifesaver and our residents love it. 100% safe!!! Thank you for being the only company willing to help and thank you for the perfect service and care!!! Love these guys and highly recommend them!!!!

The service here was excellent. Top-notch people who know what they’re talking about and do anything possible to make sure you get the product you need. Thanks to all at United Access, I feel more secure driving my vehicle where other solutions for hand controls were a little questionable. Special shout-out to my salesperson Dominic, he’s the man!
